Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Torrnado LLC (“Torrnado”, “we”, “us”), which operates the Velmont store at velmont.torrnado.uk. They govern your use of this site and every purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Velmont is a brand of Torrnado LLC, a limited liability company registered in Missouri, USA, at 117 S Lexington Street Ste 100, Harrisonville, Cass County, MO 64701, US.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our watches
Each listing describes the watch, its condition, and what it comes with (such as box and papers). Any signs of wear described in the listing are not defects. We take care to describe and photograph every watch accurately, but if a listing, image or price contains an error, we may correct it and, where you have already paid, cancel the order and refund you in full.
Authenticity and trademarks
We sell only watches we have verified as authentic. If a watch you bought from us is shown not to be authentic, we will take it back and refund everything you paid, including delivery, whenever the claim is made.
Velmont is an independent reseller. We are not an authorised dealer of, and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by, any watch manufacturer whose products we sell. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the watches accurately.
No warranty
Unless a listing states otherwise, watches are sold without a manufacturer's warranty, and Velmont does not provide its own guarantee. Your protection is the return window and the damaged or not-as-described terms in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, for suspected fraud, if the watch is no longer available, or if we cannot ship to your address — and we will refund any payment in full. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include import duties and taxes on delivery to you. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
No payment is taken when you place an order. We email you an invoice for the total shown at checkout, payable by bank transfer, credit card, or another manual transfer method we agree with you. Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed and dispatched once payment has been received.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network connected to the site.
- Interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Commit fraud, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
Export controls and sanctions
Our sales are subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You confirm that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, and that you are not named on any US government list of restricted parties. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe would breach these laws.
Intellectual property
The Velmont name, site design, text and our own photography belong to Torrnado LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torrnado LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, except where consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
