How long until my watch ships?

Within 5–10 business days of payment, fully insured and tracked. Duties and import taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

What condition will my watch arrive in?

Exactly as described on its listing. Every watch is inspected before it ships, and the photos show the watch you will receive.

Can I change the strap after ordering?

Any time before your order is dispatched, at no cost.
